This Electrix 2010 BLK task light is a black, flexible lamp with a magnetic base, 9' power cord, and 3-prong grounded plug for lighting a work a. It has a 33" gooseneck arm for positioning the light and an on/off slide switch on the base. The 6" shade is ventilated for dissipating heat away from the lamp, and the internal reflector is baked-on white enamel for optimizing light output and evenly diffusing it over the work surface. The shade has a cool-touch handle for safety when positioning the light, and the socket accepts a 22 watt, 2-pin GX32D-2 compact fluorescent bulb (not included). This task light is Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed and suitable for use with drafting tables, drawing projects, and homework as, among others.
